The weather is starting to feel like fall so that means it's almost time for Daytona Biketoberfest, the smaller version of Daytona Bike Week. I actually enjoy Biketoberfest as much as Bike Week as it's less people to content with so you can move around a little better. Occasionally the weather sucks but it's a nice break for those who are escaping bitter cold weather to the north. This year the Rat's Hole Bike Show will once again be held at the Daytona Logoon which is near Main Street Daytona. Apparently the crowds at Destination Daytona made it difficult to get in to see the show so it's back to Daytona Lagoon which I prefer immensely. The way the bikes had to be lined up at Destination Daytona did not make it easy to get quality shots of the bikes as they were being displayed. I know the economy is sucking big for most people but hopefully everyone can attend Biketoberfest and forget our troubles for 4 days. Biketoberfest is October 14, 15, 16, and 17, 2010.
